Copies of building control approvals and completion certificates
If you require document copies you can request either of the following:
- Building control completion certificates (from 1994 onwards)
- Building control approval notices (from 1994 onwards)
The fee for copies is £60 + VAT per address. This fee includes the application search and copy of the documents you require. In some instances where the documentation is not available, you will be provided with confirmation of why that is the case and any further details.
