We are performing essential maintenance/updates for myaccount systems on the following dates.
- Friday 27th February 2026 from 8pm until approximately 10am 2nd March 2026.
- Tuesday 3rd March 2026 from 5pm until approximately 5pm Wednesday 4th March 2026
- Friday 13th March 2026 from 8pm until approximately 2pm Saturday 14th March 2026.
- Tuesday 31st March 2026 from 8pm until approximately 4pm Wednesday 1st April 2026
Use this service to:
• View your council tax account online (requires sign-up)
• Activate paperless billing (requires sign-up)
• Set up a direct debit (no sign-up required)
• Report a move (no sign-up required)
• Apply for single person discount (no sign-up required)

To sign-up for an account you will need the following information:
• Forename & Surname (as shown on your Council Tax bill)
• Council Tax account reference number (available on your Council Tax bill)
You will also need to provide 2 of the following:
• Your post code
• Last 3 digits of your bank account number (If paying by Direct Debit)
• Last 3 digits of your phone number (If we hold this on record)
• Online Key (This is a unique reference available on your Council Tax Bill)
