Neighbourhood Planning

Neighbourhood Planning was introduced by Central Government in 2011 under the Localism Act. A Neighbourhood Plan is a document written by local communities that sets out planning policies for its local area and can be used to help determine planning applications alongside the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan.
