Local Validation List
Current adopted Local Validation Lists (in force)
The Central Lincolnshire authorities of West Lindsey, North Kesteven and City of Lincoln have jointly prepared Local Validation Lists to ensure a consistent approach to the validation of planning applications across Central Lincolnshire. The Local Validation Lists identify the information that may be required to support the assessment of planning applications against national planning requirements and the adopted Central Lincolnshire Local Plan, helping to ensure applications can be validated efficiently and without unnecessary delay.
Following a review and public consultation in 2026, updated Local Validation Lists were adopted by West Lindsey District Council on 24 August 2026. For further details regarding the 2026 Local Validation List Review please see the Consultation Summary Report.
