What does planned servicing include?

  • Health and safety inspections like fire safety assessments and water safety checks  

 We are legally required to test and service your home. We do this to keep your home and any appliances we've installed safe, efficient, and long-lasting.  

Regular testing and servicing can prevent accidents like gas leaks, electrical faults, and fires. Servicing your gas boiler also saves energy and reduces your bills.  

It’s important you let us access your home so we can do this. All testing and servicing is done by qualified and registered engineers.  

Our Investment Team or one of our approved contractors will contact you to arrange an appointment 10 weeks before your service is due. You can check that you are speaking with one of our officers or contractors before scheduling an appointment by contacting our Customer Services Team.
