Resident Involvement Information

Upcoming Consultations

At City of Lincoln Council, we believe our tenants should have a voice in the services that affect them. That’s why we consult with residents before launching new services or making changes to existing ones.

We invite tenants to share their views through surveys and consultations, which are sent by email, post, accessed via a convenient QR code, or in person. Every response is carefully considered before decisions are made, helping us ensure our services reflect the needs and priorities of the community.

Tenancy Agreement – City of Lincoln Council is reviewing its Secure Tenancy Agreement and is seeking feedback on the proposed changes.

We’ve written to all council tenants directly, but we also welcome views from anyone with an interest in housing in Lincoln. Your feedback will help shape the final version of the agreement.

Independent Living Scheme - City Of Lincoln Council is currently holding consultations with people living in the independent living scheme sites, to get feedback so we can ensure tenants voices are heard about our services.
