Welcome to Tenant Talk, the City Of Lincoln Council’s brand-new magazine created by tenants, for tenants. Developed in partnership with the Lincoln Tenants Panel (LTP) and the Resident Involvement Ream, Tenant Talk has articles on updates, advice and stories that matter to our community.
In our latest issue, you’ll find:
- Important housing updates – including safety improvements, repairs, and new policies like Awaab’s Law.
- Support and advice – from budgeting tips and Universal Credit guidance to scam awareness and fire safety.
- Community news – celebrating local projects, tenant achievements, and the incredible work happening in neighbourhoods like Sincil Bank and Ermine.
- Ways to get involved – whether it’s joining a working group, sharing feedback, or attending local events, your voice helps shape the services you receive.
We’re proud to launch this magazine as a platform for tenant voices, to ensure that you as tenants have all the information you need.
