Managed Workspace
The City of Lincoln Council operate two managed workspace premises, Greetwell Place and The Terrace, offering a range of office and studio space to rent on flexible terms. They also offer a range of administrative services for tenants including, photocopying and telephone answering services.
Rental includes, business rates; water rates; building insurance; security; waste collection; ground maintenance; cleaning of common areas; reception services and tenants have 24/7 access.
Meeting rooms are available to hire by tenants and non tenants.
Greetwell Place
The offices available for rent vary in size from 160 square feet to 540 square feet and there is free parking on site.
