I need help with someone who is rough sleeping

Streetlink is a website service for England and Wales, which empowers everyone to help tackle rough sleeping.

If you’re worried about someone who is living on the street, you can report it via Street Link. This report will be passed onto us and our Street Outreach Team will try and locate the person.

Support for individuals who find themselves rough sleeping

If you are currently rough sleeping and would like support, please contact the Rough Sleeping Team via email, telephone or by coming to see us in person at City of Lincoln Council.
