How to pay car parking fines
Paying your parking fine/parking charge notice
Parking attendants will issue a penalty charge notice (PCN) if they have ‘reasonable cause to believe a parking contravention has occurred’. The full penalty of £50/£70 is payable within 28 days. A reduced charge of £25 / £35 will be accepted if payment is made within 14 days.
There are several ways to pay a parking fine:

To use this service you will need a touchtone telephone, your penalty charge number, and a debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Electron, Maestro International, Visa Purchasing and JCB).
You should enter the numbers of the PCN when asked for the account number.
Due to the high cost and delays associated with processing cheques, which now account for less than 1% of UK payment transactions, please make your payment by one of our other methods.
