The Bereavement Services Team
The whole team at Lincoln Crematorium are dedicated to providing the highest level of service to those who place their trust in us to look after their lost loved ones. We work together to maintain a dignified, respectful, inclusive and professional service for all, and we are proud to serve our local community in Lincoln and the wider area. As members of the Federation of Burial and Cremation Authorities, and the Institute of Cemetery and Crematorium Management, we are committed to both; ‘The Codes of Cremation and Burial Practice’ and ‘The Charter for the Bereaved’.
Orrin Fairhead
Bereavement Services Manager
As Bereavement Services Manager, Orrin looks after the overall operational, strategic and general management of Lincoln Crematorium, as well as our City of Lincoln Council Cemeteries across the city.
He has worked within Bereavement Services for 7 years, beginning his career as a Crematorium Technician, and holds a Diploma with Honours from the Institute of Cemetery and Crematorium Management.
Lee Wilson
Assistant Manager
As Assistant Bereavement Services Manager, Lee looks after the day-to-day operations of Lincoln Crematorium, along with burial services at our City of Lincoln Council Cemeteries.
Lee started within the funeral industry aged 16 and brings a wealth of specialist knowledge and experience to the team. Lee holds certificates in Cemetery Management and Crematorium Management.
Louisa Trafford
Memorials Officer
Louisa is our Crematorium and Memorials Officer and looks after our leased memorials in the Garden of Remembrance at Lincoln Crematorium.
Louisa began her career in Bereavement Services 2 years ago as a Crematorium Technician and has a passion for providing a dignified, caring and empathetic service to the bereaved.
