About Independent Living
We aim to help older tenants retain their independence and feel secure in their homes with the support of an independent living coordinator.
What services are available?
There are three types of service available, namely:
- Independent living with on-site support
- Grouped housing with on-site support
- Dispersed alarms with floating support
All supported housing clients hold tenancies subject to our standard terms and conditions; therefore, they have the same rights as other tenants and are expected to live reasonably independently.
We do not provide personal care or home care services directly, however, with the consent from the tenant, our staff will help with the arrangement of care services through other agencies and carers.
