Grouped scheme housing

This type of housing is mainly flats surrounding a communal hall or centre.

The five schemes are:

  • Broomhill /Sorrel Court /Clematis Approach – Clematis Approach, Birchwood, Lincoln
  • Risby Green – Scawby Avenue, Hartsolme, Lincoln
  • Lenton Green – Cabourne Avenue, Ermine East, Lincoln
  • St Clements Court / Lillicrap Court – Chapel Lane, Lincoln
  • Tom Ward Court – Buckfast Road, Burton Road, Lincoln

These schemes have mainly one bedroomed flats, but there are a few two bedroomed flats. The flats are in small blocks and there are also some bungalows on the schemes. The properties have a lounge, bedroom(s), kitchen and bathroom. There are no communal laundry facilities. The properties surround the communal hall or centre where tenants can go to take part in activities.
