If you suspect you have a gas leak, report it immediately to the Gas Emergency Service

Report a priority (1 day) or urgent (3 day) repair by phone.

Report a repair in your council home

 

Scheduled repairs 

Report a scheduled (100 day) repair) using our online form 

After you report your online repair, our Customer Services Team will contact you within 3 working days to book an appointment. We will arrange your appointment for a date that is convenient for you.  

 

Change or cancel your repair appointment 

If you no longer need your appointment, or if you’re not going to be home on the date and time of your appointment, please let us know.
