If you require additional support to apply to join the housing register or to update a current application, please contact housing solutions on 01522 873777 who will be able to book you in for a telephone call or a face-to-face appointment to help submit your application.
These appointments are limited so please consider if you have any family, friends or a support worker who may be able to assist you with this before requesting an appointment.
Assistance with bidding
If you require assistance with bidding for vacancies please consider the following options:
- Check you have the correct login details and attempt to bid via the website www.lincshomefinder.co.uk.
- Phone the Housing Solutions team each week to place a bid or to see what is available on 01522 873777.
- Ask family, friends or support worker if they can assist you.
- Ask to be added to the assisted bidding list, making sure that you have provided information on the areas of the city you are interested in and property types you will accept – bids can then be placed on your behalf.
