Appendix A - ACEHO Civil Penalties Policy
City of Lincoln Council has formally adopted the nationally agreed Association of Chief Environmental Officers (England) Civil Penalty Policy (Appendix A) for issuing civil penalties for offences under the provisions of the Housing Act 2004 and Renters Rights Act 2025. It sets out the offences which can be considered for the issuing of a civil penalty under this enforcement policy.
