How we deal with repairs

Repairs tenants are responsible for

You are responsible for renewing or replacing the following items: 

  • Door locks, keys and fobs  

  • Door handles and latches 

  • Shower hoses and spray heads, if they are not part of a fixed plumbing system 

  • Plugs and chains on sinks, wash basins and baths 

  • Internal doors 

  • Moulded trims around door frames 

  • Skirting boards and curtain rods 

  • Shelves 

  • Coat rails and hooks 

  • Floor tiles and glazed wall tiles, except in kitchens and bathrooms 

  • Doorbells 

  • Broken windows and front / back door glass caused by accidental damage or without a crime reference number 

We will replace these items if they are worn out due to fair wear and tear.
