Housing Revenue Account Business Plan
The Council's HRA Business Plan 2024–2054 sets out a long-term commitment to high-quality, safe and sustainable council housing. The HRA Business Plan 2024 - 2054 goes beyond the Decent Homes Standard, the plan prioritises tackling damp and mould, improving energy efficiency and decarbonisation, and strengthening building and fire safety.
The HRA Business Plan also ensures full alignment with the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023, while supporting better standards and outcomes for residents now and in the future.
