Is your data being transferred to other countries?

Your personal data on our network is stored on computer servers in the UK. On occasions your data may be transferred to other countries for example because this is being stored by a processor in the cloud or on their servers located in another country. If your data is transferred outside the UK additional safeguards will be put in place to ensure your personal data is protected.

These safeguards include only transferring to countries which are considered ‘safe’ by regulators or the government or have been assessed as having an adequate level of protection and/or ensuring contracts/agreements have strict requirements to keep your personal data secure.
